Ukrainian musician, vocalist, composer and leader of the group “Vopli Vidoplyasova” Oleg Skrypka was born on May 24, 1964 in Khojenty (Tajikistan) in the family of Ukrainian settlers. Mother Oleg is born from Kursk, and her father – from the village near Poltava. My father went to a medical institute in Kyiv, where he received a specialty of a radiologist, specialist in radiation sickness.
Le Grand Orchestra is one of the most successful Ukrainian ethno-projects. Oleg Skrypka summoned the Le Grand Orchestra in 2004 for the Krayina Mriy festival. Its members included the best ethnic music of Ukraine, representatives of the AFU Orchestra and the folk group “Bozychi”
